Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our Gragnano PGI pasta, we strive for complete satisfaction while maintaining the highest safety standards. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Inspection & Documentation
Upon arrival, please inspect your package and take clear photographs of any damage to the outer packaging or the product seals.

Email our support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the supporting photos to initiate your claim.
Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for non-perishable gift items.
Resolution Processing
